Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SodaDesk. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Owners are responsible for the technicians they invite and the data their team enters.

Acceptable use

• Use SodaDesk only for lawful business purposes.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other companies' data.

Your data

You own the data you put into SodaDesk — your clients, jobs, photos, and reports. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you choose. Free trials require no card up front. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep SodaDesk available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using SodaDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
